Farming village in Syria's north offers relative calm

The number of Syrians who have lost or fled their homes since the deadly fighting gripped their country in March 2011 is growing rapidly. Some 400 thousand have poured into neighbouring countries but many more don't have the means to cross borders. Those inside the country in need of emergency humanitarian aid are expected to top four million by early next year. In the northwestern Syrian village of Atme, some displaced people are engaging in manual labour to make ends meet.
